9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenix Life Sciences Inc. is not liable for damages resulting from your reliance on the Services, including but not limited to interruptions, data loss, or technical errors. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is discontinuation of use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego, California.
